When it is credited and which wallet receives it
Milestone bonuses settle daily and are credited within about a day of being reached. The flat-percentage tail past the last threshold settles by UTC calendar month and is credited on the 1st of the following month. Progress resets on the 1st of each month. Prepaid accounts only (personal and prepaid-billing organizations) — monthly-invoice organizations are not eligible. It becomes balance credit, not an invoice item.
The rebate goes to the wallet that generated the usage: personal usage goes to the personal wallet, and organization usage goes to the organization wallet. Balance is not refundable and is valid for 18 months from the date it is credited; unused balance expires thereafter.
