Configure it once: issue one organization-level key, allowlist the institution's email domain, and set a session lifetime such as eight hours. Members enter the key and their institutional email, receive a six-digit verification code, and obtain a time-limited AI session. Administrators do not distribute individual keys, and all usage is consolidated under the organization account on one monthly invoice.
Two fundamental requirements for public-sector AI procurement in Taiwan are an electronic uniform invoice and Chinese-language support. Many overseas AI services provide neither.

Participants enter the key and their email to obtain a session; all sessions expire automatically when the event ends. This works well for hackathons, AI experience events, conference demos, and online workshops.
