एक asynchronous research task को queue में डालता है। OpenAPI के अनुसार आवश्यक इनपुट फ़ील्ड input है (query नहीं); model mini, pro या auto हो सकता है और stream=true SSE stream लौटाता है। Bearer authentication को प्राथमिकता दें; JSON body में वैकल्पिक api_key भी समर्थित है। Research का शुल्क वास्तविक उपयोग किए गए credits के आधार पर लिया जाता है: mini की dynamic सीमा 4–110 credits और pro की 15–250 credits है; auto चुने गए tier का अनुसरण करता है। मुफ़्त allowance research पर लागू नहीं है; यह search, extract, crawl, map और :online को कवर करता है।
